The Company rejected the Union proposals on the following:
- Job Security
- Article 23– Holidays to add Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday
- Article 19-Pension
- Adding DTV into the core contract
Then added insult to injury by proposing to eliminate the following:
- Appendix – 2 Special City Allowance
- Article 41-11 Differential and Other Payments (f) Shifted Tour Differential-Operations Employees
- Article 43–11 Differential and Other Payments:

for all NTS-G
Remember, the Company’s net profit in 2017 was $29.3 billion. That equates to $80,273,972 a day, including holidays (that’s like you winning the Powerball every day of the year).
We will continue to work towards a fair and just contract for all.
