AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #1

January 12, 2026:  Your Legacy T Bargaining Team began meeting today with AT&T. 

Both sides passed several proposals. Our members’ responses to bargaining surveys and demands helped our team develop the framework of our Union proposals. 

We will advance proposals aimed at improving the quality of life, work life balance and retirement just to name a few. 

We have committed to focus on our identified priorities in an effort to reach an agreement within the two weeks scheduled for early bargaining.
