AT&T Legacy Bargaining Report #12

First of all the Bargaining Team wishes to give a big thank you to Local 13500 for the care package they sent to us. It’s greatly appreciated!

Today the Bargaining Team met with the Company.

The Company presented:

• Proposal on Article 43 – Network (removing the watermarks and other key components of the article)

In addition the Bargaining Team had questions and discussions regarding the Company’s EXTREMELY RETROGRESSIVE proposal on Employment Security. We believe it is their intent to significantly reduce the bargaining unit nationwide.

The Bargaining Team received answers and had lively discussions with the Company on questions that we had asked previously across the table.

Remember, the company’s net profit in 2017 was 29.3 billion dollars. That equates to 80,273,972 dollars a day including Holidays (that’s like you winning the Powerball every day of the year).

We will continue to work towards a fair and just contract for all.
