Every year, Avaya is legally required to provide you with a Summary Annual Report (SAR) that provides a summary of the financial and insurance information reported on the respective annual reports for the Avaya-sponsored benefit plans governed under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (ERISA). The SARs for plan year beginning January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2019 are available on the Avaya Benefit Answers Portal. Click here to review the Summary Annual Reports. The SARs are informational only. No action is required.
The annual reports for the respective Avaya-sponsored benefit plans have been filed with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration.
