We received the attached Labor Notice from AT&T today in regard to automatic reimbursement of Blue Cross/Blue Shield out of pocket expenses from participant healthcare FSAs that were not processed from January 1 - April 18, 2010 due to a systems error.The Company notified the C&T office today that employees who are paid bi-weekly, and who opted for direct deposit of their paychecks, will no longer have access to their monies on Thursday. Effective with their last paycheck in July 2010, employees' monies will be available on Fridays. The same will apply to employees who receive live paychecks.
