A huge box arrived from Local 6201 in Ft. Worth, Texas with instructions to give it to the Company bargainers. It was full of branded items that had been distributed to employees ? all kinds of AT&T and ?Starz? merchandise. There were T-shirts and pads and ceramic cups and tissue boxes and balls and pens and hundreds of other items.

Following discussions with other tables, our Bargaining Team met yesterday and all day today to prepare demands for both formal and subcommittee discussions with the Company. We expect to meet with the Company Team tomorrow.

Week 6 without a contract finds workers stepping up actions across the country.

The Bargaining Teams met all day today in subcommittee, and we held wide-ranging discussions on all the outstanding ?Local issues? (those specific to our Contract).

Members focused on multiple contract battles this week as they joined other CWA members, the 99% Spring, Labor Coalition and communities at actions against Verigreedy Verizon in addition to our own employer at&t.
