As we enter the start of our FIFTH month of bargaining, we still have several important issues unresolved.

The day was spent in bargaining about absence, CBA, Article 39, job security, vacations, and the Alliance.

Your Legacy T Bargaining team met all day yesterday and will be meeting today to try to narrow the gap on several key issues. While we have already TA?ed our current JOG language, which the company originally wanted to eliminate, we?re still working on preserving watermarks for Article 43 and the total Legacy T workforce and a maximum number for involuntary lay-offs (like we have in our current in our ?Employment Security? agreement.)

In depth discussions took place all day today on subcontracting, job security, the Cash Balance Accounts and absence.
