The Company and Union bargaining teams met today after a few days of off records conversations that took place between the leadership of both sides. There was some progress that was made.

AT&T Mobility members received an update on the "Orange" contract bargaining process on February 17, 2013.

CWA and AT&T leadership have been talking behind the scenes in order to break the logjam currently happening in bargaining. This is a normal part of bargaining and frequently happens when the union is trying to push the process along.

Bargaining resumed today with the Union passing the following proposals to the Company; LOA-Job/Sales Performance which addresses the RSSM for the Retail Sales Consultant; Article 16-Safety and Article 21-Absence.
