CWA bargainers, under the direction of Chair Bill Bates, have reached agreement with Avaya.

The CWA and OFS reached a tentative agreement today on a new contract. The CWA Bargaining Team feels that a lot of progress was made on the key issues facing our members.

Meetings with Avaya at both the national table and subcommittee levels are scheduled to resume early this afternoon.

As the weekend and month draw to a close, the information has the same familiar ring as previous reports.

With over 25 days of Bargaining behind us, we still are waiting for Avaya to make good on their opening day statement from May 5.
