Yesterday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) filibustered his own bill on the floor of the U.S. Senate. "This is just the latest example of why we will continued to fight for real Senate rules reform and why change in the Senate is sorely needed," said Shane Larson, CWA's Legislative Director.

American Airlines passenger service agents today are exercising their democratic right to vote on union representation, one year after the CWA petitioned the National Mediation Board for the election on behalf of agents.
