The Union and the Company met today and had additional discussions on the Letters of Understanding. Both Bargaining Committees exchanged counter proposals.

AT&T said it plans to sell its wireline operations in Connecticut to Frontier Communications for $2 billion. The sale must be approved by the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority and other state regulators.

The Union provided counter proposals on Business Attire and several Letters of Understanding, including Sales Prorate Committment,

The Bargaining Teams exchanged counter proposals on several issues including Closed Time, Home Relocation, Per Diem and Excused Time.

During the meeting the Bargaining Committees agreed to renew 18 of the Letters of Understanding that are in the current contract.
