Once again management will be asking Legacy T workers to complete the CAP Survey. CWA believes it is not in our members' best interest to complete these surveys. We believe this will cost our members jobs through layoffs and transfer of work in the long run.

CWA has been informed that Global Support Services (GSS) is offering a Voluntary Termination Pay (VTP) Offer on May 25, 2010 in multiple GCA's for the titles of Senior Technician and Senior Software Associate. The last day on payroll is June 18, 2010.

Just a reminder that the general wage increase of 2.75% goes into effect Sunday, May 30. The new rates will be payable beginning in the June 11 paycheck.
