Chip Cravaack (R-MN) was forced to hold a last minute Town Hall meeting after months of refusing to face his constituents in Duluth, MN. The climb down came as he faced a huge protest outside a pay-to-enter meeting outside Grandma's Saloon & Grill, Duluth.
