Blumenthal Meets with T-Mobile Technicians, Sees "Clear Majority Support" for Unionization

United States Senator Richard Blumenthal met today with several of the 15 Connecticut T-Mobile technicians and with representatives of the Communications Workers of America, and said he believes that there is "clear majority support" among the techs for representation by the T-Mobile workers' division of the CWA, CWA-TU.

It took some serious political brawling by CWA Local 1104, but when the New York Legislature ended its session, 6,000 members of the local's Graduate Student Employees Union finally had the raises they negotiated in 2009.
