Attached is a copy of a leaflet distributed at the Bell Labs building in Murray Hill in the wake of layoffs there.

There were CWA members from all across the state, both Legacy and Spinco (ex-Verizon) that attended, along with other International Unions, allies and Legislator.

During a routine internal review of the Lucent Technologies Inc. Long Term Savings and Security Plan (LTSSP), it was discovered that some employees or former employees of Alcatel-Lucent, who are/were enrolled in the LTSSP, immediately began to receive Company Matching Contributions in violation of the Plan.
