Reject! Reject! Reject! Today it was our turn to refuse to accept Company proposals to eliminate Sunday differentials, eliminate double time overtime payments, and eliminate ALL paid illness absences.

The Company continued with crazy proposals across the table, including a new dress code policy. Many Members responded by returning Company branded clothing to supervisors or hanging it on clothes lines outside the central offices, garages, and Union Halls.

We had a busy day today at the Legacy T bargaining table.

The Bargaining team met at the full table today. We presented a proposal to increase the 401K match for both savings plans.
