District 4 and Legacy T both have an agreement ?in concept? with the Company on the 2012 Agreement. Issues have been worked out in subcommittee but still need to be finalized on the record at the Bargaining Table.

Stepped-up mobilization will be critical to our success at the bargaining table? we cannot slack off on mobilization now.

Monday and Tuesday our bargainers met in subcommittee with the Company. Yesterday afternoon was spent getting clarification on a Company proposal on the 401K Plan.

Discussions took place today at the Legacy T table attempting to resolve some open issues on the National Transfer Plan.

Our Legacy T team met with the Company today to review language on two items: a revision of NTP to allow (voluntary) movement to and from AT&T Mobility and a letter on a ?quota relief? trial. We also had discussion of the Success Share Plan and the savings plan.
