Monday and Tuesday our bargainers met in subcommittee with the Company. Yesterday afternoon was spent getting clarification on a Company proposal on the 401K Plan.

Discussions took place today at the Legacy T table attempting to resolve some open issues on the National Transfer Plan.

Our Legacy T team met with the Company today to review language on two items: a revision of NTP to allow (voluntary) movement to and from AT&T Mobility and a letter on a ?quota relief? trial. We also had discussion of the Success Share Plan and the savings plan.

In case any of you missed last night?s national Union call, the main message was that, while there has been serious progress on Local issues at two of the four tables, the big economic issues ? wages, health care, and traditional pensions ? are still far from settled.

Three months past expiration, still no contract in sight. Members heat up mobilization across the country.
