I've just received information from AT&T with regard to the Accelerated SSP payouts that were to be deposited in employees' HRAs on 10/1/12.

We have received a surplus notification and VTP offer from Avaya, involving the titles of Senior Technicians.

We have received a VTP Offer from AT&T.

We have been informed by the Company that the Accelerated SSP amount of $1323.00 will be deposited in your HRAs on October 1, 2012.

During the 2003 Contract Extension, the Union retained the right to designate floating holidays for members who were formerly covered by the 1986 AT&T COMMUNICATIONS CONTRACT.
