Annual Alliance Participation Satisfaction Survey Each year The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development conducts a satisfaction survey from a sample of Alliance eligible participants from AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, and Avaya.

The Union provided counter proposals on Business Attire and several Letters of Understanding, including Sales Prorate Committment,

The Bargaining Teams exchanged counter proposals on several issues including Closed Time, Home Relocation, Per Diem and Excused Time.

During the meeting the Bargaining Committees agreed to renew 18 of the Letters of Understanding that are in the current contract.

Due to the expected volume of participants, a technology similar to the Thursday evening Union Hall Calls will be used. Callers will receive an automated call on Wednesday evening which will instruct them to stay on the line to join the telephone town hall. There will not be a dial in number.
