After nearly four months of hard-fought bargaining, we are excited to announce we have a Tentative Agreement that your bargaining team unanimously supports and that you can be proud of.

Following a one-week extension for a new contract, CWA AT&T Orange Mobility members are mobilizing to show AT&T—and CEO John Stankey—what they think of their foul offers at the bargaining table.

The Orange Bargaining Committee continues bargaining with AT&T. The last couple of weeks have seen some progress at the table, but we do remain far apart on some important issues. We know that the recent progress is a result of the continued mobilization by the members of CWA.

The Orange Bargaining Committee met several times with AT&T over the past week, and we can report that your mobilization efforts and support have resulted in some progress at the bargaining table.  We ask that you keep the pressure up and let AT&T know that you deserve fair wages, and improved working conditions.
