Hours of Convention
Rule VI (Hours of the Convention) of the Permanent Rules Governing Conduct of CWA Conventions provides that the hours of the Convention recesses and other arrangements relating to the Convention shall be established by resolutions or motions by each Convention.
Resolved: That the regular sessions of the 80th CWA Convention shall be as follows:
On Monday, August 11, 2025, the Convention shall be called to order at 9:00 a.m. The Convention shall be recessed for one and one-half hours beginning at approximately 1:00 p.m. and shall continue until the business of the day has been concluded.
On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, the Convention shall be called to order at 9:00 a.m. The Convention will be in recess for one and one-half hours beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m. and shall continue until the business of the day has been concluded.
The Resolutions & Rules Committee moves adoption of the Hours of the Convention.
