CWA named the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) as CWA Charity of Choice, after Elizabeth Glaser shared her moving personal story with CWA members at the 1990 CWA Convention. There was a dire need to support children and families who were desperately in need of HIV services, and CWA committed to helping EGPAF raise vital awareness and funds for our mission.
Today, CWA continues to support EGPAF in that critical work, providing lifesaving programs to global communities most affected by the AIDS epidemic.
During our longstanding partnership, CWA has made a tremendous impact on the goal to create an AIDS-free generation. CWA members have contributed more than $9 million since our partnership began—thank you!
