Transportation will be provided for CWA delegates, alternates, guests and retirees from the Omni William Penn, Doubletree Hotel and Wyndham Grand to the David Lawrence Convention Center.
Buses will run approximately every 30 minutes (on the HOUR and the HALF HOUR) to and from the hotels during the following hours:
| Sunday, August 10 | 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
| Monday, August 11 | 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. |
| Tuesday, August 12 | 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. |

Signs will be placed in each hotel lobby with instructions on where to board the shuttle.
*The Omni William Penn & Wyndham Grand will have 1 handicap accessible bus each.
