Tell Your Senator: Confirm Ketanji Brown Jackson

It's time for a Supreme Court that represents all of us.

For too long, wealthy and powerful special interests have rigged the system to favor corporations instead of people, undermining our union contracts and our freedom to speak out at work.

President Biden's nominee for the Supreme Court, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, is different. When former president Donald Trump issued an executive order to restrict workers' union rights, Judge Jackson blocked it. She has supported workers who face religious and racial discrimination and opposed efforts to limit the scope of collective bargaining.

Judge Jackson's nomination is historic. If she is confirmed, she will be the first Black woman on the U.S. Supreme Court.

This call in line is no longer active. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was confirmed to the Supreme Court on April 7, 2022. Please see CWA's statement on this history confirmation here.
