A Union's Open Heart Fuels Fight to End Childhood AIDS

The AFL-CIO recently reported on CWA's work with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS foundation. The piece highlighted the work of CWA Local 7803 and the story of Cristina Pena, a young college woman that was born with HIV/AIDS.

"Today, she’s one of the millions of young people living healthy lives because of the foundation’s work and the efforts of CWA members across the country to raise funds for its pediatric AIDS research."
