I?ve just learned that I provided incorrect information to some of you with respect to whether all eligible employees, enrolled in the Point of Service Medical Plan or in an HMO, are eligible to have the SSP money deposited in an HRA.

Here are the facts: Employers will be required to report the value of the health plan on workers' W-2s. That is it. The worker is not taxed for the value of the plan. Of course, there are new taxes to fund health care reform. Here is the list.

We received the attached Labor Notice from AT&T today in regard to automatic reimbursement of Blue Cross/Blue Shield out of pocket expenses from participant healthcare FSAs that were not processed from January 1 - April 18, 2010 due to a systems error.
