Communications Workers of America Endorses Governor Steve Bullock (MT) for US Senate

MONTANA -- Today, the Communications Workers of America (CWA) announced its endorsement of MT Gov. Steve Bullock for US Senate. Bullock clinched the Democratic nomination in his state’s Senate primary on Tuesday.

Steve Bullock has long supported workers’ rights. In 2018, he joined a group of Governors in filing a pro-labor brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in Janus v AFSCME. 

“We emphatically endorse Steve Bullock for US Senate,” said Brenda Roberts, CWA District 7 Vice President. “From his endorsement of the PRO Act to unwaveringly supporting protecting call center jobs from offshoring to his support of  supporting essential workers as Governor of Montana, we have been honored to work alongside him to fight for labor rights for workers. Steve Bullock is just the person Montana's workforce needs.”

Under President Chris Shelton, CWA is making historic investments in taking back the US Senate in the 2020 elections.
