Open Enrollment

During this Open Enrollment period, Hewitt has provided erroneous information to our members. Many have been told that they are unable to OPT-IN to the Point of Service (POS) Network.

The OPT-IN feature was negotiated to allow members who do not live in a POS area to OPT-IN to one close to them. You must OPT-IN every year if you choose this option.

For those members who were not permitted to OPT-IN, please contact Kim Wilburn, CWA National Health Care Coordinator, at 614-501-2442 or by e-mail at kwilburn@att.com or kwilburn@cwa-union.org. Please provide your name, the last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number, the zip code(s) you would like to OPT-IN to, and a contact number where you can be reached.
