OFS Contract Update

We have been advised that the Union members voted to reject the parties' tentative agreement.  Both parties will continue to work to reach an agreement that meets both the Company's and the Union's needs, while providing for a fair and equitable agreement.  To that end, the Company and the CWA are already in discussions about next steps to be taken, including extending the parties' existing collective bargaining agreement while both sides review the current situation.

The parties agree that work will continue while the discussions take place.
