NLRB Judge Cites IBM

An unfair labor charge filed by Alliance@IBM/CWA supporters and CWA Local 1120 is upheld by a National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge, who ruled that IBM wrongly tried to stop workers from displaying pro-union signs on their vehicles in the company parking lots at the East Fishkill and Poughkeepsie, N.Y,. facilities. The judge found IBM's claims that it acted for safety reasons and to protect its corporate image "not convincing."
