New Service for 401K Participants

To:  All Avaya Local Presidents and Members

As a result of 2006 bargaining, an enhancement was added for anyone participating in the 401K Plan.  The new service is professional account management which will be provided by Financial Engines.  The new service will become available on July 23, 2007.

Shortly you will receive a package in the mail which will announce and detail the service (including descriptions of applicable fees), enrollment forms and a Personal Evaluation analyzing current investments.

As a special offer for anyone who enrolls in the Personal Asset Manager by September 14, 2007, there will be no program fee if you decide to cancel in the first three months.

Participation in this service is completely voluntary.
