Nathan Newman Joins CWA Speed Matters Blogging Team

Emerging Technologies, Business and Labor Issues Are Focus

Washington, D.C - October 22, 2012 – The Communications Workers of America (CWA) today announced national telecommunications policy expert Nathan Newman has joined its popular Speed Matters campaign as a guest blogger.

Housed at www.speedmatters.org, Newman will be posting periodic, in depth posts on topics dealing with emerging technologies, business models and labor issues. A fellow at New York University’s Information Law Institute and the founder of Tech Progress, Newman has been writing about internet and telecommunications policy issues for over 20 years.

“We are thrilled to add Nathan’s unique blend of experience, objectivity and vision to the prestigious Speed Matters campaign, and look forward to his continued blog posts,” said CWA Telecommunications Policy Coordinator Debbie Goldman.
