Mileage Increase and Per Diem

After checking with the Company, here is their response:

When the increase was tested in the test environment, the increase process worked perfectly however when the table was moved into production a step was missed. Our IT folks have fixed the system and the table is now functioning as it should in production. This means any mileage and/or per diem submitted for this week (10/19 - 25) will be calculated at the new rate and reflected as such in next weeks pay (10/30). For the two weeks prior (10/5 -18), payroll is running a program that will identify the difference of what was paid to what should have been paid. The spreadsheet will be audited and once approved the difference will be paid to employee. Payroll expects the difference to be included in the Nov 6th pay.
