Brothers and Sisters of IG METALL

As IG METALL and its members bargain with Avaya to obtain a fair and equitable contract, the members of the CWA, who work for Avaya, stand in support of your efforts. Just as you are fighting Avaya’s attacks on your members’ jobs, we continue the daily fight to maintain jobs and protect our members’ rights. 

As I stated at the last Avaya shareholders meeting, we want Avaya to succeed as a business but we want to be part of that success. Without that commitment there can be no peace.

The Communications Workers of America are with you in your struggle on this day and in the difficult days to come. Together we will stand up to those who are trying to steal the life-blood from our families and our unions.
