Hewitt Labor Notification - OCC

Greetings:

Local 2252 President Sean Linehan made this office aware that newly-retired Legacy AT&T employees' Retiree Enrollment Worksheets did not include the Other Covered Charges (OCC) election option.  I asked the Company to check into this and received the attached Hewitt Labor Notification.  To summarize, there were 216 Retirees impacted by this omission.  They will be solicited during 2007 Open Enrollment and allowed to make their election during Open Enrollment retroactive to their date of retirement.  Hewitt has fixed the problem going forward effective 9/28/07.
