Frontier Local 1170 Arbitration Victory

I thought it was important to share this victory from Local 1170 in Rochester NY, John Pusloski President. It is a really interesting case and should be repeated as   make a habit out of making unilateral changes in the the "terms and conditions" of employment without negotiating with the Union.  In this case the company changed the Tuition Reimbursement program. The Arbitrator found the Company did violate the National Labor Relations Act and ordered employees reimbursed for unpaid educational expenses. Congratulations to the Local for a job well done.
