Frontier Demands Concessions While Raising CEO Pay by 77%

In preparation for the upcoming Shareholders meeting in Stamford, Connecticut on May 12th, Frontier Communications put out its financial report to the SEC.  CEO Maggie Wilderotter's total compensation this year was increased from $4.8 million to a whopping $8.6 million – a jump of 77%!  Other executives took huge wage increases as well.  Chief Operating Officer Daniel McCarthy received a 90% increase to $2.2 million.

Meanwhile, at the bargaining table, Frontier management continues to look for concessions from our members (and IBEW's).  While Maggie sits with her millions, they want our members to pay increased medical costs and are attacking long-standing rights and practices.

Local 1170 is rallying in front of Frontier headquarters at 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 31 in Washington Square Park across from Frontier headquarters.  Please stand with them on that day.  If you are not in their area, wear red and let managers in your area know that you are standing together with them.
