Dear Editor,

I would like to express my sincerest thanks for the scholarships granted to me for the 1998-1999 and 1999-2000 school years. The Joseph Anthony Bierne Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program has provided essential financial assistance, without which the cost of education would be overbearing.

I am currently a junior at Rutgers University, the College of Engineering, where I am pursuing a degree in the field of Electrical Engineering. I would like to commend you for the service you provide to students like myself every year. In my case, you have made such an incredible impact for which I will always be indebted.

I am pleased to report that I have been able to maintain Dean’s List status since my entry to the school in the fall of 1997. My Grade Point Average stands at 3.894, and I am currently under review for admittance to the Engineering Honors Society. Once again, thank you for your support.
