Delay in Pension Requests

To:  All Avaya Locals

CWA has been notified of delays which may occur for our members requesting pension estimates and/or retirement kits.  This is caused by the new Pension Act and the government's delay in getting the data out to all corporations.  Avaya is not the only company experiencing this problem.

Please see the attached document.  Should you have any questions, you should contact your staff representative in the C&T office.
