Code of Conduct

Attached is correspondence we received today regarding the Alcatel-Lucent Code of Conduct and the requirement for each employee to review it.

Please note this document is not bargained between the CWA and Alcatel-Lucent, therefore there can be no implication that the CWA agrees or disagrees with any statement in the Code of Conduct.  It reflects the Company's policy.  Also, while Management may note that you have received it, we do not recommend that you sign any document regarding whether you reviewed or understand this document.
