Avaya Expectations of an Employee

Greetings:

CWA has become aware that Avaya is rolling out the above program electronically.  There is a serious integrity issue with the program.  Once you complete the course, the program asks you to click the "Submit" button on the bottom once you have read the document.  When an employee does this, a message comes back confirming that the employee has read and understands the document.

No one should voluntarily be viewing this program.  If the Company makes it a job assignment, let your manager know you are doing so under protest and then file a grievance.
