Avaya ESPP
There is an agreement between CWA, IBEW and Avaya to buy out of the ESPP effective with the merger. As a result, every represented Avaya employee will receive a one time payment of $200 less deductions. Avaya agrees to make this payment no later than 30 days after the merger.
