Re: 2007 Avaya Award
Avaya is announcing today that the Avaya Performance Factor for FY07, approved by the Board of Directors, is 128%. As you know, the Avaya Performance Factor establishes award payments for both represented and salaried employees. Based on this Avaya Performance Factor for October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, the Avaya Award payout under our negotiated Avaya Award Plan for Represented Employees is $1,649 and will appear in paychecks payable December 14, 2007.
