Attention: CWA Cisco-Certified Professionals

Cisco Systems, CWA’s partner in several Internet-based training programs, is looking for input from Cisco-certified professionals in our ranks to help make training more relevant to CWA members. The company is inviting certified professionals to participate in a special Cisco Career Certifications Survey.

Right now, CWA and Cisco are jointly providing training for computer support and data network technology offered primarily as distance learning. (For information, go to CWA’s website at ga.cwa-union.org.) CWA and Cisco also are developing the first-ever DSL technicians certification program, which will be offered throughout the Cisco Academy program around the country.

If you hold one or more of the Cisco Career Certifications (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP or CCDP) the company asks that you participate in the 15-minute survey online. The company will send you a free T-shirt as a token of thanks. Information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely to update and improve these programs.
