ATS Testing Problems

It has been brought to our attention that people are encountering numerous problems when calling the ATS Service Center to schedule a test.  Several people have advised us that they have been asked to select three future dates when they would like to test, and then they are not being contacted.  We have made the Company aware of the problem.  They are investigating the situation, and we expect to have an answer very soon, which we will post on this web site.

For the time being, if you are having trouble scheduling a test, please document the problem and include the date, time and name of the person you spoke with, and send it to Mary Ann Alt.  Mary Ann's email is malt@cwa-union.org, or she can be reached at 202-434-1493.
