ATS Testing Problems

It has been brought to our attention that the transfer of ATS Testing responsibilities from Promissor to PAN has not been going as smoothly as expected.  Systems issues have prevented the transfer of all the tests to PAN.  Some employees calling the ATS Service Center to schedule testing are being directed to go to Promissor locations instead of the PAN locations in CompUSA stores.  During this transition, please go to the location the ATS Service Center directs you to.  The ATS Service Center can be reached by calling 1-800-662-6629.

We also know that CompUSA will be closing more than half of their stores. At the C&T conference we promised to get a list of locations performing testing posted on the web.  Because of the closings we have been unable to obtain an accurate list.  The company is in the process of getting us a list of locations. 

If you have any problems at all while taking a test, let the tester know and if the problem is not resolved please notify your local immediately.  I am available to assist with problems and can be reached by calling 202-434-1493.
