ATS Emails

Greetings:

It has been brought to my attention that employees received emails from ATS the weekend of November 8th, 2008.  The emails provided candidates with the status of job requisitions on which they nominated in 2007. 

AT&T (Legacy T) is conducting an investigation to determine why the emails were sent, as well as how many emails were sent.  While the emails should have no effect on candidates' current ATS status, should the Company determine that any further action is necessary, the website will be updated.  In the meantime, if you have any questions and/or concerns regarding this issue, please feel free to contact me by phone at (202) 434-1493 or via e-mail at malt@cwa-union.org.
