On November 20, UPTE-CWA Local 9119 members at the University of California San Francisco will begin a two-day strike in response to the UC’s ongoing refusal to bargain in good faith.

CWA members won elections across the country, and Denver public workers won the right to collectively bargain.

The strike is the first NewsGuild-CWA work stoppage to coincide with a presidential election day in 60 years and the largest strike of tech workers in modern U.S. history.
