AT&T Mobility Workers: Request Personnel Files

We know some managers have been making threats or harassing employees during Orange bargaining. Everyone should request their personnel files as soon as possible to ensure everything is accurate. Please spread the word to let your coworkers know!

We have the right to request to view our personnel files. After you make the request, your manager will have to show you your file to review. Report any discrepancies you see to your Local.

All you have to do to see your file is request to your manager in writing saying you want to view your personnel file as soon as possible.
